Nusheena is an Australian-owned boutique brand dedicated to timeless, high-quality wardrobe staples.

We specialise in natural fibres, from ultra-soft cashmere and breathable cotton to airy linen,offering everyday luxury for the modern woman.

Our 100% cashmere pieces are crafted using the finest fibres sourced from Mongolia, supplied by the same mills trusted by some of the world’s most exclusive luxury fashion houses.

Each garment is made to deliver exceptional softness, warmth, and longevity.

Proudly based in Toorak, Melbourne, we design collections that blend effortless elegance with lasting comfort — essentials you’ll wear and love for years to come.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At Nusheena, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories or sale items unless faulty.

  • To start a return, please email our team at nusheenacollections@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

EXCHANGES

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or refund.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

FAULTY ITEMS

We stand by the quality of our garments. If you believe your item is faulty, contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
